Our second CrossFit Women’s Beginner’s program is starting in a week!
Our first class was a huge success and our ladies saw awesome results and all decided to continue their training @ CrossFit Coastal.
The new start date is August 17th.

Women’s Foundations is a basic class that teaches you the fundamental exercises of CrossFit. It’s particularly designed to be an on-ramp for anyone who’s (understandably) a little nervous about diving right into our regular classes!
We will spend time reviewing the basic exercises, and getting you good and comfortable with the movements you’ll use most as you progress with your CrossFit training.
Perfect for beginners, veterans who want to review the basics, and all those of you who want to get off the couch but don’t know where to start!
This program will get you in the best shape of your life and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by a committed group of women!
